Tangy grapefruit, sweet orange, and fresh bergamot essential oils in a gently cleansing shampoo bar with quinoa protein and provitamin B5. Sulfate and paraben free. 

Imagine never throwing out another shampoo bottle! Our shampoo bars are made with gentle surfactants, hair healthy vitamins and proteins, and scented with natural essential oils. No sulfates, parabens, or synthetic fragrances are used. 

Note: Not to be confused with soap bars, which are sometimes marketed as shampoo bars, but have an alkaline pH that damages your hair, our shampoo bars contain no soap and are pH balanced.

Our shampoo bars are scented with pure essential oils, use a gentle, sulfate free cleanser, and a mild preservative with no parabens.

Our shampoo bars are super easy to use! They lather just like liquid shampoo. Here's what you do:

1) Wet your hair

2) Run shampoo bar from root to tip 3-4x

3) Set aside, lather normally, and rinse

How long do your shampoo bars last?

A long time! They're made to last as long as 2-3 bottles of liquid shampoo. To extend their life, set them on a well-draining tray after use.

Are they color safe?

The primary cleanser we use is Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, known as baby foam. It's super gentle, and the bars are sulfate-free.

    I’m so grateful for this shampoo. It lathers easily, cleans well, and has great ingredients—and it’s environmentally friendly and made locally. I have fine, curly, aging hair and have had trouble over the years with shampoos and conditioners that weigh it down. Not so with these bars. I highly recommend them.

    I have tried other bars in the past (other companies) and they did not lather or left a weird residue texture. This exceeded my expectations and I was able to ditch the shampoo and conditioner bottles from my shower.     I tried two popular brands of shampoo bars, and both left my hair dry and frizzy - looking awful and feeling awful to the touch. I had decided to stop sinking money on shampoo bars and switch back to my tried and true liquid shampoo for a time, when a friend surprised me by shipping Joy Lane Farm's bar shampoo and conditioner to me. Wonderful natural products

I purchased the grapefruit and bergamot scented shea butter lotion for my hands and skin . I just love it . The lotion soaks right into my skin and hands and I love the fragrance of it , only wish the fragrance lasted a little bit longer. I also purchased the grapefruit and bergamot shampoo soap bar . I love that too . It made my hair shine and feel squeaky clean and light . These products are wonderful

I love the way they make my hair feel, it seems like the styling is easier. Only downside is I would love for the conditioner to have a more robust grapefruit smell. I love the body lotion the grapefruit smell is amazing. Thank you

Thanks for the review, Janna! We're so glad they work well for your hair and we made a note about increasing the grapefuit oil. It can be tricky with the formulation as in solid bars those ratios have to be just right, but we'll never say no to the idea of trying more grapefruit :-)
