Our shea butter lotion is thick and moisturizing, absorbs easily into your skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. It’s non-greasy and paraben-free. In addition to shea butter, we use non-GMO avocado and apricot kernel oils, rich in fatty acids and antioxidants like vitamin A and E. A little bit goes a long way!

Shea Butter

Shea Butter is the star of our lotion! It’s a natural emollient that’s hydrating and softening for your skin. Plus, it contains several fatty acids (lineolieic, oleic, palmitic, and stearic!), improving your skins natural barrier.

Avocado Oil

Avocado oil is full of antioxidants like vitamins A and E and helps heal skin damaged by sunlight.

Apricot Kernel Oil

Light and quickly absorbed into the skin, apricot kernel oil is rich in omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, which make it an excellent moisturizer.

FAQ

Is it a hand, body, or facial lotion?

Our lotion is thick and super moisturizing, recommended as both a hand and body lotion. We don't recommend it for facial use, since the skin on your face is typically oily, not dry.

Does it come in a travel size?

Not yet! The equipment to do three oz. tubes is pretty pricey, but we have it on our list for as soon as we can!

Thick and Creamy
We reduce the water in our lotion, packing it with nutrient rich shea butter and avocado oil, so that it's thick, not runny. No fillers!
Non-Greasy
Our lotion absorbs easily into your skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth, not oily. A little bit goes a long way!
Paraben Free
We make our lotions with Optiphen, a paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservative, which protects them from mold and bacteria.

Amazing lotion!

I'm always looking for skin care products without tons of chemicals. This lotion is wonderful! It's creamy but not greasy, and lasts a long time so is especially great for hands. It's been working wonders on my granddaughter's eczema- it's really been helping to keep her flares to a minimum (and is the reason I decided to try it). Exceeded Expectations

After 3 years of trying everything to treat my toddler’s KP, both OTC lotions, creams, salves and also Dr. prescribed treatments- Nothing worked until we gave this Plain Jane lotion a go. I have very oily skin on my face and am usually hesitant to try soaps similar to this as they often are loaded with moisturizers and cause even more oil. This feels very nice and keeps my skin soft, yet fresh all day. The smell is a true natural, delicious, sweet scent, no chemical after tones. A great scent for year round. I have loved every scent I have tried so far. On the flip side, my mother who has very sensitive and dry skin also loves these soaps. Not sure how they appeal to both of us but they do! Love all the products here so far including the lotions, lip balm, soap and candles I have tried. Just bought products for other family members as well. Loyal customer for sure!
